A Thai technology, software and AI development company

Where does your workget stuck?

SEAN SOLUTIONS develops AI software, websites and mobile apps. We start with the work you do, the data you have and the systems you need to connect. Then we work out what to build.

How we work

Build

Agree on the problem and what the first release needs to do.

Measure

Use data from the task to check the results against agreed criteria.

Hand over

Hand over code, documentation and access so your team can keep it running.

Services

Four areas we own from start to finish

Scope, price and the responsible team are agreed before any code is written.

01

AI engineering

AI Engineering

We put machine learning and LLMs into products people actually use: retrieval over your own documents, classification and extraction, and forecasting. Every engagement includes a measurement step before delivery.

02

AI-powered products

AI-powered Products

Web platforms where AI capability is part of the product rather than a demo bolted onto the page — assistants, search, ranking and automation inside day-to-day workflows.

03

Mobile apps

Mobile Apps

iOS and Android apps, native or from a single codebase with React Native and Flutter, using on-device AI or API calls as the case requires.

Cloud and MLOps

Cloud & MLOps

Architecture and automation on AWS, Azure and GCP — from containers and CI/CD to model serving, monitoring and drift detection in production.

Under the hood

From raw data to the system your team uses daily

Scroll through the three layers every project gets — data, model, and the product we hand over.

01
Layer 01 — Data

Collect it, clean it, and wire permissions early

We pull from the systems you already have — documents, databases, APIs — and shape them into something usable, with role-based access from day one. A good model is worthless if the data behind it is unreachable or untrustworthy.

Layer 02 — Model

Pick the method the job needs, not the trend

Start with auditable rules. Move to retrieval plus a language model when answers live in documents. Reach for a custom model when the data is large and precision matters. Every path ships with its own test set.

Layer 03 — Product

Hand over a running system, not a prototype

It goes live with a dashboard for quality, cost and errors. You receive the code, docs, test suite and every permission — your team can run it, or we can stay on support.

Why us

What clients get from working with a small team

We are not a large firm with layers of approval, but our process and delivery standards are documented and open to inspection.

A small team that decides fast

You talk directly to the people writing the code, with no layers of account management in between.

Progress you can see every week

We ship in short cycles so you can try real software along the way instead of waiting for a single launch.

We measure before we trust AI

Every AI feature has a test set and clear metrics. If the model is not worth it, we say so plainly.

Support after delivery

Every project includes a support period after launch, and you receive all code, documentation and access.

How we work

Four stages you can check at every step

We work in short cycles, with clear review points, and keep progress visible throughout the project.

Step 1

Talk through the problem

A short conversation about goals, constraints and budget, including whether AI is the right fit for this problem at all.

Step 2

Design before code

Architecture, data and screens decided on paper first, along with where a model earns its place and where plain rules are enough.

Step 3

Build in short cycles

Working software within weeks, with a test suite covering every model in the system.

Step 4

Launch and support

Deployment, monitoring and a team you can reach after go-live, plus a long-term plan for maintaining the models.

Use cases

The problems we are usually brought in for

Recurring engagement shapes — each with the root problem, what we build, and how success is measured.

Internal knowledge01

Answers from manuals and contracts

Problem
People open hundreds of pages to find one clause, and two people answer differently.
What we build
Retrieval-augmented search that cites the source document for every answer, with role-based access.
How it is measured
Accuracy against an internal test set + average time to find an answer.
Customer support02

Triage and summarise incoming requests

Problem
Requests arrive by email, chat and forms, making priority hard to judge.
What we build
Classification, summarisation and draft replies that a human approves before sending.
How it is measured
Category accuracy + first-response time.
Planning & inventory01

Forecast demand ahead of time

Problem
Chronic overstock or stockouts because planning uses a flat historical average.
What we build
Weekly forecasting that accounts for seasonality, promotions and external factors.
How it is measured
Forecast error (MAPE) against the method currently in use.
Quality inspection03

Computer vision on the line

Problem
Manual inspection is slow and inconsistent between shifts.
What we build
A mobile app that captures an image, checks it automatically and queues unclear cases for a human.
How it is measured
Defect detection rate + false-alarm rate.

FAQ

Questions clients ask most

What kinds of problems does AI suit?

Work that requires interpreting language or large volumes of data: answering questions from internal documents, extracting data from files or email, categorising requests, forecasting trends. We start with an assessment. If simple rules or a process change would serve you better, we say so.

How does a project start?

With a conversation. Tell us the problem, your timeline and the budget you have in mind, and we reply with a straight assessment of what to do, what to skip and roughly what it will cost. If it fits, we move straight into defining the scope.

Do you take over code another team built?

Usually, yes. We start by reviewing the existing code and system — architecture, data, security and deployment — then give you a clear recommendation: extend it, refactor it or rebuild it.

What happens after delivery?

Every project includes a support period after launch for fixes and monitoring. AI work also gets quality and drift monitoring; after that you can choose a monthly support plan or take the work in-house, with the full code, documentation and configuration.

Have a problem in hand?

Tell us briefly what the project looks like, and we will reply with feedback you can act on.
